Global: Enable the use of dev-libs/expat for XML parsing
lzma
Global: Allow accessing lzma-compressed archives through the lzma library (app-arch/xz-utils). This only affects libarchive's native support: bsdtar will keep using unlzma as a filter if that's not built-in.
multitarget
Global: Adds support to binutils for cross compiling (does not work with gas)
Local: Support all known targets in one gdb binary
