app-arch/par2cmdline-*: block each other
It'd be problematic to have any of these installed at same time.
Recommend turbo if you want fast, tbb if you're just a tester,
and sticking with what's in ::gentoo if you want reliable.

app-arch/par2cmdline-tbb: new package, add 0.4_p20150503
This probably shouldn't be used by anyone in production. I'm testing
it because sabnzbd upstream says it's supposed to be faster, but no distro
packages it. Ebuild is ugly, but it does the job.
