net-misc/frr: new ebuild written from scratch (#58)
* acct-group/frrvty: add FRR VTY group
* acct-group/frr: add FRR group
* acct-user/frr: add FRR user
It utilizes `frr` and `frrvty` groups so they are dependencies.
* net-misc/frr: update metadata file
* net-misc/frr: new FRR ebuild for version 7.3.1
Implement new FRR ebuild with recent build instructions from FRR
developers documentation:
http://docs.frrouting.org/projects/dev-guide/en/latest/building.html
Also I've written a new OpenRC script to do watchfrr boot strapping
without the need of bash in init scripts.
