net-dialup/syncterm: fix various QA issues

cryptlib’s build system is awful. Hopefully this is the last
of what I need to do to avoid QA issues on the automated testing
box thingy; I’ll just wait and see.

No revision bump since nothing changed for users who successfully
built it before.
