media-sound/jamulus: Fix problems with starting service

media-sound/jamulus had two issues which prevented starting the server
out of the box.

1. The init.d script called the invalid binary (lowercase jamulus
instead of uppercase Jamulus).

2. The log directory for jamulus wasn't created and chown'ed to
jamulus:jamulus (those system users didn't even exist).

Both issues are fixed by this commit.
