Restore dev-games/pomme slotted; bump games-action/bugdom to 1.3.4.

Now that Iliyas Jorio's made a bunch of Pangea's games available, it's
worth unbundling Pomme from all of them. This commit restores my old
Pomme ebuild and slots it since different games require different versions
of Pomme.
